The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) signed on July 14, 2022 three financial assistance contracts with the Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) amounting to a total of P790M as part of the Asian Development Bank’s Water District Development Sector Project. The amounts are aimed to improve water and sanitation facilities across the fifth most populous city in the country.
