WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) extends a P100-million loan to Bayawan Water District (BWD) in Negros Oriental for the improvement of its services and coverages in 11 existing barangays and 2 additional barangays in Caranuche and poblacion Sta.
