For LWUA Employees, Local Water Districts and other concerned parties who are having difficulties opening certain pages of the LWUA Website, you may clear your Cache Data of your Web Browser by following these steps:
Google Chrome

- Press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the clear browsing data box (shown below);
- Click the Drop Down of the Time range and select “All Time”;
- Uncheck the Box on the left side of Browsing History and Cookies (as shown Above);
- Click Clear data; and
- Refresh the LWUA Website.
- Press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the clear browsing data box (shown below);
Mozilla Firefox

- Press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the clear all history box (shown below)
- Click the Drop Down of the Time range and select “Everything”;
- Uncheck the Box on the left side of Browsing History, Active Logins, Forms & Search History and Cookies leaving the Cache Checked (shown above);
- Click Clear Now; and
- Refresh the LWUA Website.
- Press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the clear all history box (shown below)
Microsoft Edge

- Press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the clear all history box (shown below)
- Click the Drop Down of the Time range and select “Everything”;
- Uncheck the Box on the left side of Browsing History, Cookies, Tabs I’ve set aside, Download, Form Data, Passwords, Media Licenses and Website Permission, leaving the Cache Checked (shown above);
- Click Clear Now; and
- Refresh the LWUA Website.
- Press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the clear all history box (shown below)
