WATER AWARDEE IN VISAYAS. The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) hails the efforts of Silay City Water District or SICIWA for its great corporate social responsibility activities and for its excellent environmental program through its flagship project, “Patubig para sa Masa at iba pa”, which continuously provides for the needs of the local urban poor in coastal communities and relocation sites.  Photo shows LWUA Acting Administrator Jeci A.
