The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) recently signed a P48-million loan agreement with the San Manuel (Isabela) Water District aimed at improving water supply and expanding services in the municipality. Upon completion, the project will be able to serve 19 barangays – from the current coverage of 12 barangays. Part of the amount has also been earmarked for the construction of the water district’s administration building to cater to the needs of the consumers.
