The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) and Nobel Systems Inc. recently discussed the possibility of creating a database for organizing, processing, and displaying geographic data.

The data company is currently working with about 15 water districts in the country and providing a contactless, state of the art billing system that is integrated with a geographic information system (GIS).
