TAP embodies the three core values of service that the Local Water Utilities Administration stands for – geared towards a commitment to deliver the best of service in providing safe water supply in the countryside.

LWUA is currently pushing programs to strengthen transparency, accountability and performance, with Acting Administrator Jeci A. Lapus at the helm providing guidance and leadership to realize this vision.  The agency believes that availability and access to government information are a mark of good governance and integrity of service.
