Board of Trustees
Trustee Jaime A. Pacanan
Hardworking and silent achiever. These two descriptions best fit recently-appointed LWUA Trustee Jaime A. Pacanan, who worked with the Department of Public Works and Highways - lastly as Undersecretary - for over four decades and is considered one of the most efficient engineers the Department ever had.
His career path was not as smooth as one would surmise. Young Pacanan carved his own niche in the civil engineering profession through sheer guts, perseverance, intelligence and good public relations.
