Potable water for mega drug rehab center at Fort Magsaysay. The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) brings safe, clean and potable water supply through its 1.5 lps mobile treatment plant for the drinking requirements of some 10,000 drug dependents to be housed at the mega rehab center at Fort Magsaysay in Nueva Ecija.  LWUA Area Manager- North Luzon, Nilo dela Cruz (3rd from left) explains the operation of the mobile plant to Palayan City Water District (PCWD) General Manager Gerardo Lope L. Calling (4th from left) together with his Board of Directors led by Chair Carmen T. Siblag.  The mobile plant will operate at the facility for 6 months until the permanent water supply system is constructed by PCWD with the technical assistance of LWUA.

The LWUA trunk lines and local telephone system were rendered inoperative starting November 2, 2016, because the telephone server was inadvertently affected by MERALCO's power maintenance shutdown over the weekend/holiday. Click here for temporary contact options
